Our major construction work type has been biotech, pharmaceutical, electronic manufacturing, hospitality, gaming, and telecommunications. We have focused on partnering with our customers to provide compelling value through the design and construction of the most difficult types of mechanical construction work. Our model is to obtain work through a negotiated design build, design assist or select list plan and specification format. We accomplish this by providing a strong engineering team that can provide a detailed conceptual estimate by system that evolves through the design process into a complex facility. These plans are then brought to life by our experienced construction and commissioning departments.
Also, with one of the largest facility service organizations in California, we work with our customers to maintain and enhance the facilities operation and evolution as the owners needs change or grow.
By providing a full service program that mirrors the life cycle of the facility, we are partners with our customers to ensure the facilities operation contributes to our customer's profitability.
